Mark Martorano joins Positron Public Safety Systems

Positron Public Safety Systems is pleased welcome Mark Martorano onboard as National Director of Business Development. Mark's focus will build on the tremendous growth of Positron's success in dispatching solutions including CAD, mapping, radio, MDTs, mobile applications through to Records Management Systems.

Mark brings over 23 years of professional Public Safety experience in assessing, designing, and implementing a wide range of telecommunications and technology-based projects leveraging his project and senior level management experience in voice, data, and radio communications systems, in the public safety, healthcare, and private sectors.

Mark provided technical engineering for CAD specifications and development on a nationwide basis. His major projects have included Enhanced 9-1-1, 800 radio, CAD, mapping, emergency communications center design, RMS, mainframe downsizing to midrange and client server-based platforms, LAN/WAN data center operations, disaster recovery planning, asset management, network security, and technology acquisition and deployment methodology.

Mark was recognized for outstanding Public Safety service by Mayor of Pittsburgh, Sophie Masloff, and Director of Public Safety, Glenn Cannon.
