Installation services
Site Survey (per site)
Positron can perform a pre-installation site survey in order to assess the suitability of the site for equipment install. The survey consists of a site visit by Positron Systems Engineers, where we will analyze suitable building and electrical grounding, suitable power source, suitable power stability, noise, potential for RFI (Radio Frequency Interference), air-conditioning and ventilation, physical location for space and environment, Cabling requirement, Raise potential problems.
Pre-cut verification
Positron offers a pre-cut verification as a safety measure for installation performed by non-Positron certified installers. Installers will perform tests transfers once telephony is installed and at any time during verification, verbal findings will be given. Following verification, a written report including site diagram, problems corrected and problems outstanding will be made available.
Cut-over assistance
Positron's Certified Technicians will remain onsite during the physical cut over to be available to address call taker/system administration questions, address any last minutes changes, and to assist and/or resolve training/technical issues that may arise.
