Positron offers a wide range of training programs and courses presented by an experienced training team. Many of our end user trainers have past experience in public safety dispatch centers.
This team of professional trainers will ensure through a combination of hands-on exercise and reference materials that its clients have an in-depth understanding of how to efficiently install, configure, use and manage Positron systems.
Positron training courses are tailored to meet the needs of the clients whether it be a technical course or an end user program. Positron has two Learning Centers located in Atlanta (GA) and Longmont (CO). One on one end user courses are also available and are conducted on site with the agencies information installed on the equipment. This enables the users and administrators to have full knowledge and input of how the system will operate after training. Positron is also pleased to now offer regularly scheduled eLearning sessions for site administrators and end users. This provides a cost effective and timely training solution for for sites whether they are looking to upgrade existing skills, prepare for software upgrades or help bring new hires up to speed on the Positron systems.
